You might add your email address and phone number below your signature to ensure the hiring manager sees it when they read your letter, as it's located in both the header and the conclusion. Proofread and edit your letter before sending it out. Double-check the spelling of the recipient's name and ensure you're using the correct title, like Ms.
Read the letter out loud so you notice any confusing phrasing or grammatical errors. Consider asking a friend to read your letter to ensure it's clear and precise.
