I thought Dolan would provide some original information, but didn't realize until opening it the book is simply a slightly edited version of one of his lectures. Worse, he's not making hardly evidence-based claims or observations here and reaches far too often in many areas. All of this is quite a shame, since he's largely responsible for creating the concept of a Breakaway Civilization. Interesting and Enlightening. I enjoyed it, but it is light weight fluff. He barely talks about the promised topic in the title of the book.
