To find the free titles just navigate to any genre or subset of ebooks on the search, and then click on the Free filter at the top of the page. Once you click on that filter the page will refresh and show only books that are available free of charge. Open Culture has a listing of over 800 free ebooks to download to your computer, Kindle, e-reader or other mobile device.
The collection on their site includes everything from fiction to non-fiction to poetry. Taking a quick look I see books from the likes of Hans Christian Andersen, Arthur C.
